FAQ
The questions wholesale buyers, brand owners and club purchasers ask us most, with straight answers. If yours is not here, send it to support@jeimor.com and we will reply within one working day.
01Products and specs
What we make and what it is made of.
What can I buy wholesale from Jeimor?
Pickleball paddles and court accessories: T700 raw carbon fiber paddles, fiberglass paddles, children's paddles, plus pickleball packs (12-ball sets), ball carts, nets, paddle erasers and other court gear. Stock models can be ordered as-is, or any paddle can be produced under your own brand.
Are your paddles suitable for clubs, schools and beginner programs?
Yes. Fiberglass models and children's paddles are built for high-frequency, hard-use environments and are the usual choice for club and school programs. Tell us the user group and session volume, and we will recommend a configuration that fits the budget.
What is T700 raw carbon fiber and why does it matter?
T700 is a high-tensile carbon fiber grade used for the paddle face. A raw (unpainted) carbon face keeps the natural surface texture, which gives the ball more grip at contact - meaning better spin, a more predictable feel and a stiffer, more responsive hit than coated fiberglass faces. It is the material most performance-focused players ask for by name.
02MOQ and pricing
Order sizes and how quotations work.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
100 paddles per design for production orders. Mixed orders are welcome at 100 units per configuration. A genuinely new shape or core construction starts at 500 units because a mould is involved. For team logos, event branding and staff gifts, runs of 30-100 units on stock models are possible.
How much do wholesale paddles cost?
It depends on materials, thickness, core, surface treatment, packaging and quantity. Instead of a fixed price list, we quote itemised: you receive an EXW quotation at 100 / 500 / 1,000 units with tooling, sample, packaging and lead time on separate lines, so you can compare it line by line with any other factory.
Do prices drop at higher volumes?
Yes. At 100 units the setup work dominates the cost; at 1,000 units the same configuration drops noticeably. Cost adders apply per configuration, not per order - five colourways of one model cost less than five models of one colourway. Send your target retail price and volume and we will quote a configuration that fits inside it.
Can I get a catalogue or a price list?
Yes. Use the quote form or WhatsApp and we will send the current model range with indicative pricing for your market and quantity. Because B2B prices move with specs and volume, every firm offer is issued as an itemised quotation rather than a public price list.
03Samples
Test before you commit.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Your sample is made on the same production line with the same materials as your future order - not a bench sample. It arrives with the QC sheet, unit weight and a photo set, so what you test is what you will receive.
How long does a sample take?
A custom sample leaves the plant in 7-10 working days after artwork approval, plus courier time to your door. Stock-model samples ship sooner - ask for current availability when you request a quote.
Is the sample fee refunded when I place an order?
The sample and its courier cost are shown as separate lines in your quotation, so nothing is hidden. Whether the sample fee is credited against your first production order is stated directly on that quotation - ask us to include it and we will.
04Customization
Your brand on the paddle, the grip and the box.
Can you produce paddles under my own brand (OEM / ODM)?
Yes - that is our core business. We work two ways: OEM, where we produce your existing design or artwork; and ODM, where we help you develop a new paddle from scratch - shape, core, materials and branding - and support it from sample through mass production.
What exactly can I customise?
- Paddle: shape, thickness, core construction, face material, surface finish, weight and balance;
- Branding: logo on the face, edge tape, grip and end cap;
- Packaging: retail boxes, inserts, barcode labels, FBA-ready cartons carrying your logo.
Every row is quoted per configuration, so you can see exactly what each choice adds.
Can you match a paddle we already sell?
Yes. Send us the paddle or a spec sheet (weight, thickness, core, face material, balance point) and we will reverse-engineer it and quote a matching or improved build. A physical sample is the fastest route to an accurate match.
Will my design stay exclusive to my brand?
Yes. Your artwork, mould and configuration are yours - we do not resell a customer's design or colourway to anyone else. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send files, and the signed NDA and tooling ownership are stated in the order documents.
05Quality and testing
How batches are checked before they ship.
How do you control quality during production?
Three stages: incoming material checks, in-line inspection during thermoforming and finishing, and a pre-shipment inspection on the packed batch. Your sample ships with a QC sheet and unit weight, and the production batch is checked against that same sample - that is the standard a custom order is held to.
Do your paddles hold equipment certification?
We do not sell paddles under our own certification. Our paddles are self-tested against standard performance checklists - the test records can be provided with your order. If your sales channel, marketplace or insurer requires results from an accredited laboratory, we send samples to a third-party lab at your instruction and the report comes back to you: the fee is on your side and the turnaround is typically two to three weeks. If your brand is pursuing its own listing or approval, we supply the samples and production data the application needs, but the application stands in your name.
What happens if the mass production does not match the approved sample?
Both sides of that risk are documented before production starts: the batch is inspected against the sample you approved, with the QC sheet and photo set as the reference. If a batch issue is confirmed, contact us with photos or video and we will work out a replacement or credit solution with you - the exact claim window and remedy are written into the order documents.
Can we visit the factory or send a third-party inspector?
Both are welcome. You can visit our facility in Chuzhou, Anhui to see production first-hand, and you can appoint any third-party inspection company to check your goods before loading - we cooperate with the inspector and provide the access and documentation they need.
06Shipping and lead time
EXW terms, realistic timelines.
Which shipping terms do you quote?
EXW Chuzhou, Anhui, China (Incoterms 2020) - ex-works, our factory gate. Your forwarder collects the goods, books the vessel and names the loading port (Shanghai or Ningbo are the closest). We do not quote FOB, CIF or DDP, because we do not mark freight or destination charges up onto our invoice - you see the factory price and control the shipping cost directly.
What are the production lead times?
A custom order runs roughly 60 days from artwork approval to goods ready at our gate, with the sample stage (7-10 working days) at the front of that. Stock-model orders are faster - confirm the current production window for your quantity when you request the quotation, since it moves with the season.
How long is ocean transit?
For reference, transit from Shanghai or Ningbo runs 14-22 days to US west coast ports and 28-35 days to European base ports; your forwarder will quote the exact figure for the port you choose. Add two to four weeks if your production window crosses Chinese New Year.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We pack FBA-ready: cartons built to Amazon's carton requirements, with box labels, FNSKU barcodes and your inserts in place. Tell us the marketplace and fulfillment center and we will match the packing spec.
How are samples shipped?
By international courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) to your door. Courier cost is a separate line on your quotation; you can also give us your own courier account number.
07Payment and working with us
Terms, identity and support.
What payment methods do you accept?
B2B orders are confirmed by proforma invoice and settled by bank transfer (T/T); the deposit and balance terms for your order are stated on the quotation. There is no online card checkout on this website, and we do not store any card data. Retail sample carts on the site can be checked out with the options shown at checkout.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Our production site is in Chuzhou, Anhui, China, and you are welcome to visit it or send an inspector. Dealing with the factory directly means one point of accountability for spec, quality and lead time - and no margin sitting in the middle.
Do you work with brands outside the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide and work with brands, distributors, clubs and program operators across North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. The same quoting, sampling and QC process applies wherever you are.
What after-sales support do you offer?
Support does not stop at loading. We help with reorders against your stored spec and artwork, replacement parts for repeat configurations, and claim handling if a batch issue is confirmed. Your QC records, artwork and tooling stay on file so your next order is a confirmation, not a restart.
