  • We use it to answer your enquiry, quote and produce your order, and to keep the records our accountant and customs require.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising or behavioural tracking on this website.
  • You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to support@jeimor.com.

01Who we are

This website, jeimor.com, is operated by Jeimor, a pickleball paddle manufacturer and exporter based in Chuzhou, Anhui, China. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Jeimor; “you” means the person visiting this website or contacting us.

For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL), we act as the data controller for the personal information described below.

Registered address: Building 3, Emerging Industry Park, Langya Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, China.
Privacy contact: support@jeimor.com · +86 190 2052 7416

We are a business-to-business supplier. This website is intended for companies, brands, clubs and distributors, not for consumers shopping for a single paddle.

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal information collected through:

  • this website, including quote forms, contact forms, product review forms and the newsletter sign-up;
  • email, WhatsApp, WeChat and phone conversations with our sales and support team;
  • orders, proforma invoices, artwork files and shipping documents exchanged while we produce your order.

It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or the privacy practices of your own customers. Where we handle artwork or customer lists that you send us for printing or private labelling, we treat that material as your data processed on your instructions, and we use it only to complete your order.

03Information we collect

3.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server and content management system record technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you request and the time of the request. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

3.3 What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not store payment card numbers on this website. There is no online card checkout enabled: orders are confirmed by proforma invoice and settled by bank transfer against the invoice we issue. We also do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data such as health information, biometric data, political opinions or religious beliefs.

04How and why we use it

We use personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so. The table below sets out each purpose, the data involved and the basis we rely on under the GDPR.

Purpose Data used Lawful basis
Answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation Name, company, email, phone, country, requirements, message Steps taken at your request before entering a contract
Producing, packing and shipping your order Contact and address details, artwork files, order and invoice data Performance of a contract
Customs, tax and accounting records Invoice, shipping and tax identification data Compliance with a legal obligation
Customer service and after-sales support Order history, correspondence, claim photos or videos Performance of a contract; our legitimate interest in resolving issues
Website security, fraud and abuse prevention IP address, request logs, form submissions Our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure
Improving our product range and site content Aggregated enquiry topics, pages visited Our legitimate interest in developing our business
Sending newsletters and product updates Email address, subscription date Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed our interest against your rights and expect the processing to be within your reasonable expectations when you contact a supplier about a business enquiry. You may object to this processing at any time (see section 10).

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

05Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between page loads. We use as few as possible.

Cookie Type Purpose
wordpress_test_cookie, wp-settings-*, wp-settings-time-* Strictly necessary Checks that your browser accepts cookies and remembers your admin screen preferences.
wordpress_logged_in_* Strictly necessary Keeps you signed in if you have an account on this site.
woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* Strictly necessary Remembers what is in your sample or wholesale cart while you browse.
comment_author_*, comment_author_email_* Preference Saves your name and email so you do not retype them when leaving a second review or comment. Set only if you tick the “save my details” box.

Our content management system and store plugin set the cookies above. They contain no advertising identifiers and are not shared with ad networks.

Third-party requests. Some pages load resources from other providers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of serving the request: Google Fonts (typography) and the chat widget described in section 13. If you click a WhatsApp or email link, that service’s own privacy policy applies from that point.

Analytics and advertising. We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session recording or heat-mapping tools on this website. If we add such a tool in future, we will update this policy, list the tool here and, where required, ask for your consent before it loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart, the login and parts of the review form, but the rest of the site will still work.

06When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the providers needed to run this business, and only the minimum required:

Recipient Why
Hosting and email provider Stores the website database and delivers our email. Access is limited to technical administrators.
Freight forwarder, courier and customs broker Carries samples and shipments and clears export documentation. They receive the consignee name, address and phone number.
Bank and payment providers Processes the transfer against your proforma invoice and handles currency compliance checks.
Accountant and auditor Prepares statutory books and tax filings, which must retain invoice records.
Professional advisers and authorities Where we need legal, tax or customs advice, or where a court, regulator or customs authority lawfully requires disclosure.
Successor entity If the business is merged or sold, data may transfer to the successor under the same commitments. We will tell you before that happens.

Each provider is bound by contract to use the information only for the service it provides to us, and to apply appropriate security measures.

07International transfers

We are based in China and our website is hosted on servers that may be located outside your country. When you send us an enquiry, your information will be transferred to and stored in China so that our team can reply and produce your order.

Where the GDPR applies to a transfer out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your request to take pre-contractual steps, on the necessity of the transfer for performing our contract with you, or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission together with supplementary technical measures. Where PIPL applies, we handle cross-border transfers under the applicable mechanism and, where required, obtain your separate consent.

Regardless of where data is stored, we apply the same access controls and retention rules described in this policy.

08How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.

Category Retention period
Enquiries that did not become an order 24 months from the last message, then deleted.
Quotations, proforma invoices and order records 7 years after the end of the financial year, to meet accounting and customs requirements.
Artwork and branding files For the duration of the supply relationship, plus 12 months so repeat orders can be reprinted, then deleted on request.
After-sales claims and correspondence 24 months after the claim is closed.
Newsletter subscriptions Until you unsubscribe, plus 6 months to honour the suppression request.
Published product reviews While the review remains published, or until you ask us to remove it.
Server and security logs Up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

09How we protect it

We take the security of your information seriously, particularly artwork and customer lists that reveal your product plans. Our measures include:

  • HTTPS encryption on this website, so data you submit travels encrypted;
  • role-based access: sales staff see enquiries and orders, and only account administrators can change site or server settings;
  • two-factor authentication on administrative accounts and a policy of revoking access when a colleague leaves;
  • restricted, logged access to artwork folders, kept separate from the public media library where possible;
  • regular backups of the website database and a patching routine for the core, theme and plugins;
  • a rule that we do not store card numbers, because we do not take card payments on this site.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant authority and, where required, you, without undue delay.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information. We honour these requests for everyone who asks, not only where a law strictly requires it.

Right What it means in practice
Access We confirm whether we hold data about you and send you a copy.
Correction We fix inaccurate details, such as a wrong shipping address or contact name.
Deletion We erase your data unless we must keep it for tax, customs or an active contract.
Restriction and objection We pause processing, or stop using your data for a purpose you object to.
Portability We send you the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable file.
Withdraw consent You unsubscribe from marketing at any time; earlier processing stays lawful.
Non-discrimination We will not refuse a quote or degrade service because you exercised a privacy right.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and disclose, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; we also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a limitation right. You may exercise your rights or use an authorised agent by writing to the address in section 15.

How to make a request. Email support@jeimor.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask for information to verify your identity, such as replying from the email address you used with us, so we do not disclose data to the wrong person. We respond within 30 days and will tell you if we need up to a further 30 days for a complex request.

If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in China, you may contact the relevant cyberspace or market regulation authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue first.

11Marketing and newsletters

We send newsletters and product updates only when you have asked for them, for example through the sign-up box in our footer or by confirming a subscription link. Every message contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

We do not add people to our mailing list because they requested a quote. Enquiry and order data is used to serve that enquiry, not to market to you, unless you separately opt in. If you are an existing customer we may occasionally send information about a product directly related to what you already buy, and you can stop this at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.

12Children’s privacy

This is a business-to-business website for companies that buy paddles wholesale, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13Third-party links and messaging apps

Our pages include links to WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, and a floating chat button that opens WhatsApp or your email client. These are shortcuts to contact us; they do not embed tracking code on this site beyond the widget’s own script.

Once you leave jeimor.com or open a messaging app, the privacy policy of that provider applies. WhatsApp, for instance, is operated by Meta and processes your phone number and message content under its own terms. We recommend reading their policies before sharing sensitive information through those channels.

We may also show videos hosted on our own server. They are served from jeimor.com and do not set third-party advertising cookies.

14Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our tools, suppliers or legal obligations change. Current version: 1.0, effective 27 October 2026. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will notify you by email or with a notice on this page before the change takes effect.

Previous versions are available on request.
